Here is one of the latest kitchens conducted by the agency in a Parisian two-piece. This is a small kitchen of 4.60 m². It is open to the living room by a bar. Hello. It all started with a heart for this lovely house located in a small alley, close to the harbor and boats. It is by taking the beautiful spiral staircase that accesses the Loft Seaman the second and top floor of The Sailor House because originally it was a attic attic. The partitions were shot to keep only a single setwhich gave birth to this small loft of 33 m2 ideal for lovers. The farms of the frame, left visible, in very good condition, inspired me to create the overall atmosphere of the apartment where metal and wood come together to give the whole industry a vintage feel. The arrangement of spaces was simply dictated by the arrivals / water evacuation and already existing skylights.
In one corner of the loft, a waist-high wall, topped with a raw metal canopy was designed for the bathroom to ensure a minimum of privacy while maintaining the benefits of the through light from roof windows.
The walls were entirely tiled subway tiled and the floor covered with small black mosaic. The "under roof" ceiling was painted in pale gray. A large walk-in shower was constructed and closed in a simple glass door without frame to always keep this notion of transparency.
An old established acts bathroom cabinet. Pickled and planed, it was covered with a protective varnish and customized with an old enamel plate.

1 handful chopped walnuts
For the icing:
philadelphia cheese 200g

50g soft salted butter

Preheat oven to 180 ° C, convection.
Cook the pumpkin with a little water in the microwave for 5 minutes. Drain it and blend the flesh to get mashed.
Mix the butter with the sugar and honey. Add egg, spices and pumpkin. Add the flour, spices, raisins and nuts. Pour batter into a mold lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-30 minutes. If desired melting like the pictures, 20 minutes will do. For a firmer consistency, leave it in the oven 30 minutes.
Let the cake cool completely before putting in the fridge overnight.
Prepare the icing: mix the cheese with the softened butter, sugar and vanilla. The mixture should be smooth. Book frosting cool.
To serve, spread the icing on the cake and smooth it with a trowel. You can then decorate with marzipan figurines, walnuts ...

I did not know that the sweetened condensed milk could give as much crisp with granola. The texture is perfect! But what I like the most is the resulting flavor. You can not put matcha, or replace it with cocoa powder, or Ricoré ... you see if you are really prepared to back to childhood
Eat this granola is like biting into a KitKat Matcha, only better: there are nuts and dried fruit and cocoa beans ... The fun does not stop!
Here is the recipe for a large glass jar or 8 bowls:
175g rolled oats (gluten intolerant for)
sweetened condensed milk 170g
1 C.S matcha tea
1 C.S. liquid vanilla
100g hazelnuts and almonds
100g dried fruit (cranberries and chokeberry)
50 to 100g of cornflakes
25g of organic cocoa beans
Preheat oven to 170 °. Mix the flakes with sweetened condensed milk and matcha tea. Add hazelnuts and almonds, then spread the mixture on a plate lined with baking paper and bake for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes remove the plate and stir the granola, put it in the oven for about 7 minutes.
Remove the granola from the oven, let it cool then add the cornflakes and dried fruit.
Stir well and store in an airtight jar.
The granola is very crisp and you get big chunks thanks to condensed milk, which sticks together flakes Convenient to peck between repetitions!

The pumpkins link again in their nose radius vegetables and I'm thrilled
I can finally make my favorite soup, with my pressure cooker.
My version of today with grated cheese, cream and a touch of port, for more than velvety soup ...
For 6 persons:
1 potimarron midsize
1 garlic clove
500ml vegetable stock
1 small glass of port
125ml whipping cream
100g gruyere or other grated cheese
1 cinnamon cc
1 cc of turmeric
Cut the pumpkin into pieces keeping the skin. Fry the chopped onion and garlic in olive oil in the pressure cooker or a large traditional casserole.
Add the pumpkin, then add the port. Leave sweat before adding the broth, herbs and spices. Close the pressure cooker and cook for 5 minutes after the whistle, or 20-25 minutes to the traditional casserole.
The pumpkin is tender. Add the cream and cheese and mix everything with a hand blender.

Who does not dream of a white chocolate pouring flavored with matcha tea?
I even prepared a short video of the cut!
To accompany it we realized an exquisite raspberry sorbet and pink, full of freshness and acidity to offset the sweet and greedy side of the slide.

For 8 small streaming matcha tea:
white chocolate 180g
120g unsalted butter
Matcha tea powder 20g organic special cuisine
1 pinch of salt
fresh raspberries, blueberries, mint and a little premium Matcha for decoration
8 sorbet hemispheres:
500g frozen raspberries
4 C.S. of rose syrup
60ml cold water
To prepare the flowing. Arm yourself with your blender. I use it almost for all my basic pasta cake, it helps to have a smooth and airy dough.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a double boiler. He add the softened butter, stir well and add the sugar and eggs. Mix to get a mixture similar to mayonnaise. Add the flour, matcha and salt. Mix well to remove any lumps.
Grease and flour small molds made of aluminum. This is very important for the streaming Quick release easily.
Place the molds in the freezer for at least 1 hour, or until you stuff flowing.
To prepare sherbet. Mix raspberries, syrup and water until a smooth sorbet. Pour into silicone hemispheres molds and store in the freezer for an hour.
Preheat oven to 230 degrees C. Remove the flowing of the freezer while preheating. Bake the streaming for 8-9 minutes. Remove the sorbet at this time as to soften slightly before serving.
