roasted figs with honey and raspberry coulis

A little sun with roasted figs with raspberry coulis, accompanied by vanilla ice cream or a scoop of sorbet with raspberry and a small Tunisian boukha drink (alcohol fig).

The roasted figs with honey and raspberry sauce can be served after a lamb tagine with apricots.

White, purple or black, figs of stalls usually come from France.
It's easy to pick blackberries and sweet as she have small "crack" superficial. Figs must be flexible under finger pressure but do not choose too soft.

Preparation time :  5 minutes, tcooking ime: 4 minutes

For 4 people


  my ingredients    

  • Figs: 12
  • Raspberry coulis: 25 cl
  • Honey: 3 tablespoons


   my recipe   

  1. Wash and cut the figs into 4.
  2. In a non-stick pan, heat the honey over low heat and add the quartered figs.
  3. When the fruits are slightly revenues and coated with honey, add the raspberry coulis.
  4. Arrange the star fruit in a bowl and pour the cooking juices over. You can serve with a vanilla ice cream or a scoop of raspberry sorbet.
