One winter evening, I fell for a waffle iron resulted in my supermarket. No time for the test, I have stored in my cupboard next to my device to croque monsieur, my yogurt and my ice cream maker.
Another winter evening, I imagined my breakfast the next ... and I saw waffles. I went to get the recipes booklet of my waffle and there, I opted for the recipe for " Sandwaffeln", Blasted waffles, without milk or cream.
I divided the recipe by half and got about 4 waffles heart, so 16 small hearts.
These waffles are delicious natures with jam (blackcurrant for me, one of my favorites) or nutella bio
I even eaten with ham and cheese, for sweet and savory side that I love.
For 4 wafers (recipe to expand):
- 125g soft butter
- 2 eggs
- sugar 75g
- 75g flour
- 50g cornflour
- vanilla, lemon zest, cinnamon ...
Mix eggs and sugar, add the flour and cornstarch, complete with soft butter and the fragrance of your choice.
Cook the waffles in your waffle iron and greased preheated by depositing a beautiful spoon batter onto the center of the plate. Watch their color, I love golden brown, almost brown.
Place the waffles on a grid, without crowding them. If you do not enjoy immediately, let cool before storing in an airtight container.
Still very good the next day, simply warm them over your toaster a few minutes for them to regain their softness.
