Here is a truly unique quiche empty fridge its kind.
A real find, as I put leftover mashed into the device and a quiche with mashed butter taste is just divine!
For 4-6 people:
- 1 butter puff pastry
- 10 slices chorizo
- 1 shallot
- 6 cherry tomatoes
- 200ml milk
- 3 eggs
- 3 large tablespoons potato purée with butter
- Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 200 ° C.
In a skillet, brown the minced shallot and chorizo diced until it lightly browns. Book.
Cut the tomatoes in half. Combine milk, mashed potatoes and eggs.
Spread chorizo on the pastry, pour the mixture and sprinkle tomato halves. Cover Parmesan and bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the quiche is golden.
Cool slightly before serving, with salad.
