You've already met a cheesecake that thinks it's a blank?
If it does not, I invite you to make this recipe
I admit that I had not expected this result: I thought I get some kind of cheesecake, but it is clear that in the absence of flour, the texture would not be as firm ... well I ended up with a cheesecake / flan flowing half, but then not all bad!
Note the recipe:
- 120g of biscuits
- 50g butter
- 500g queso de Burgos (explanation right here)
- sweetened condensed milk 400g
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract liquid
- caramel to serve
Preheat oven to 160 ° C.
Mix the biscuits with butter. Compacting at the bottom of a removable mold about 18cm in diameter. Bake time to prepare the cream.
Mix cheese, sweetened condensed milk, eggs and vanilla until a smooth cream.
Pour over biscuit bottom, though slowly to avoid breaking it. If this is the case (this happened to me), it's no big deal!
Bake for 1 hour. It took 55 minutes, because I was afraid that the above color too, but I think the 5 minutes remaining would not hurt her in my cake ...
Allow to cool before putting in the fridge overnight.
Behold a day after:
The surprise for cutting. At first, he had me look quite firm ...
… but no. I lick the knife (sacrilege).
We feel the taste of eggs and condensed milk ...
It looks like the blank what.
Well bah we will put caramel then ...
There you go.
There it remains only to enjoy, without wondering if what you eat is the cheesecake, the blank of the vanilla cream ... in fact that we not care, since it is damn good !
Enjoy your meal!
