Today it is with happiness that I share with you one of my recipes Express dessert favorite, that of pannacotta White Chocolate, prepared 10 minutes with only three ingredients
Perfect for your Christmas dessert to compose a small plate gourmet desserts (Like that for example) or accompany a Christmas cookie with chestnut cream
I have somewhat diminished the amount of white chocolate compared to my original recipe because I wanted to serve in larger glasses. The proportion is perfect, a cream is obtained compact and creamy well with a well pronounced white chocolate taste, without being overly sweet.
For 5 yoghurt pots:
400ml of whole liquid cream
150g good quality white chocolate (galak example)
2 sheets of gelatin
Put the gelatine to soak in a bowl of cold water for 5 minutes. In a saucepan, heat the cream with white chocolate until melted.
Add the softened gelatine off the heat, and whisk well to dissolve it. Pour the cream into jars and let cool before putting the pots in the fridge for 3 hours minimum.
